Become a Literacy Coach at Haley’s Hope
Haley’s Hope literacy coaches help those with dyslexia grasp the basics of reading through an approach that’s used nationwide and proven across decades to be successful for all ages.
As children grow and become more confident in their reading ability, they start to see themselves differently and YOU can be a part of that. YOU will help them be more confident. As a literacy coach, YOU will help to unlock reading and help provide the knowledge needed for life.
Are you someone who wants to change a life?
Haley’s Hope literacy coaches are methodically trained in the Orton Gillingham based Barton Reading and Spelling System prior to working with students. We require a one-to-one coach-to-student ratio for this systematic, fully hands-on and individually paced literacy training.
We are currently hiring for a part-time literacy coach. This is not a work-from-home position; you will work in an office at our West Fargo location.

What our coaches have to say:
When the kiddos realize or understand a concept and feel like they understand, you can literally see the light bulb come on! I have seen it dozens of times, but it always stops me in my tracks every time!
– Mel
Day to day I enjoy being able to give authentic praise to our wonderful students who are so bright and creative but happen to need help navigating their dyslexia.
– Pat
Whenever I see my students making meaningful progress, it reminds me of how important this work is and why I’m doing it.
– Drew
My most impactful moment at Haley’s Hope was having one of my students challenge me to read a chapter book series with him.
